Bayern Munich came from 2-3 down at halftime to beat Real Madrid 4-3 and advance to the Champions League semi-finals.
Midfielder Aleksandar Pavlović said the match carried an extremely high level of stress, but such comebacks are welcome. He attributed the victory to improved defensive organization in the second half, better balance between defense and attack, and execution of their usual attacking game.
Early in the match Bayern fell behind after a costly error by Manuel Neuer, but Pavlović levelled the score, marking his first Champions League goal against Real Madrid.
Next up is a semi-final clash with Paris Saint-Germain, described as a very active and formidable opponent. Pavlović acknowledged the difficulty of the tie and said Bayern will prepare thoroughly.
