Manuel Neuer has suggested that a contract extension with Bayern Munich is expected to be announced soon.
Reports indicate that the club is preparing to confirm an extension to Neuer's contract, which is set to expire at the end of the current season.
Following Bayern's 1-0 Bundesliga victory over Gladbach, the 38-year-old goalkeeper indicated that an official announcement is forthcoming. "There's nothing official yet, that's for sure. But when the time comes, you'll know. I would just say: soon," Neuer stated to Sport1.
Neuer has been with Bayern Munich since 2011, having transferred from Schalke 04.
