1. FC Nürnberg has signed Tim Drexler on a loan deal from TSG Hoffenheim for the remainder of the season.
The centre-back, who has seen his playing time diminish since the start of the season, is looking forward to gaining more regular playing opportunities at Nürnberg. Drexler expressed his goal to contribute positively to the team, stating, “My aim is to get as playing game time as possible and help the team as much as I can with my qualities.”
He emphasized the importance of quickly integrating with his new teammates and is eager to work together for a successful second half of the season.
So far this season, Drexler has made eight Bundesliga appearances for Hoffenheim, with his last match played on November 10, when he came off the bench.
