Jakub Kamiński, currently on loan at 1. FC Köln from VfL Wolfsburg, is eager to secure a permanent transfer to the club.
Since joining Köln, Kamiński has made an immediate impact, starting in the club’s first three competitive matches this season and scoring once. He maintained his strong performance during the international break, contributing a goal and an assist in Poland's 3-1 victory over Finland.
After the match, Kamiński expressed his hope for a successful season that would lead to a permanent deal with Köln. He stated, "I hope my season goes well and that Köln decide to buy me permanently afterwards."
He also noted the differences between his experiences at Wolfsburg and Köln, highlighting the vibrant atmosphere and passionate fanbase at Köln, describing it as a "big club with a great tradition."
Kamiński is set to face his parent club, Wolfsburg, in the Bundesliga on Saturday.
