Jadon Sancho has expressed his response to Chelsea's decision to sign him on loan from Manchester United on the final day of the transfer window. The English player was widely expected to leave Manchester United and ultimately opted to join Chelsea on Friday night. As part of the agreement, Chelsea have an obligation to purchase him for £20 million if they finish higher than 15th in the Premier League. Sancho stated shortly after joining the club that he is ready to contribute and that he enjoys the style of play at Chelsea, particularly the emphasis on wingers going one-on-one and being direct. Despite having a full pre-season with Manchester United, Sancho did not feature in any Premier League matches at the start of the new season. He is set to make his debut for Chelsea after the international break and may initially have limited playing time as he adjusts to the team's playing style.
