Thomas Frank Signals Possibility of Kane's Return to Tottenham Amid Bayern Munich Release Clause Speculations

Tottenham manager Thomas Frank has expressed that Harry Kane is welcome to return to the London club.

Since Kane's departure from Tottenham to Bayern Munich two years ago, speculation has increased regarding a potential return to Tottenham. This speculation has been fueled by reports of a clause in Kane's Bayern contract that would allow him to leave for approximately €62 million in January 2026.

Frank has made it clear that many Tottenham fans, including himself, would like to see Kane return. He stated, "There are a lot of Tottenham fans, including myself who would like to see Kane back."

However, Frank remains cautious about the likelihood of this happening, considering Kane's current success at Bayern Munich. He noted, “Personally, I don't think he will do it right now, if I'm honest. He'll probably stay in Bayern [Munich] and continue performing well. He was the top scorer last year. He won the title and he's doing fantastic now.”

Frank also acknowledged that Kane may prefer to enjoy his time in Bayern, saying, "I don't know what he's thinking. Myself, I'm a traveller, I like to explore things as well, so he's been here for many years, so why not enjoy the time in Bayern a little bit more."

Despite his reservations, Frank reiterated that Kane would be welcomed back at Tottenham, stating, "If he wants to join us, he's more than welcome."
