Confirmed Lineups for Germany Women's Team vs. France Women's Team


The lineups have been announced for the match that will determine the final semi-finalist of Euro 2025.

Italy, England, and Spain have secured their spots in the semi-finals of the Women’s Euros, with France and Germany set to compete tonight for the opportunity to face the World Cup champions on Wednesday.

In response to the absence of Giulia Gwinn due to injury and Carlotta Wamser due to suspension, Christian Wück has made adjustments to the right-back position. Bayern's 20-year-old defender Franziska Kett will make her first appearance of the tournament in this role.

Gold medalist from the 2016 Olympics, Kathrin Hendrich, is making her first start as Germany shifts to a 5-4-1 formation. There are additional surprises in the lineup, including Giovanna Hoffmann starting in place of Lea Schüller.

France’s coach Laurent Bonadei opted to rest key players during their second group stage match against Wales but returned to his strongest lineup for a decisive 5-2 victory over the Netherlands. He has made further adjustments for this match, incorporating the seasoned players Griedge Mbock, Grace Geyoro, and Kadidiatou Diani.
