Brighton Forward Considered as Potential Successor to Boniface

Bayer Leverkusen is reportedly exploring the option of acquiring Evan Ferguson from Brighton & Hove Albion as a potential replacement for Victor Boniface.

With Boniface nearing a transfer to Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr, Bayer Leverkusen is actively seeking a suitable replacement.

According to reports from Sky Germany, Ferguson has emerged as a leading candidate to fill the position vacated by the Nigerian striker.

Brighton has been informed of Bayer Leverkusen's interest, but a decision regarding Ferguson's potential transfer before the end of the transfer window has not yet been made.

Other clubs, including Bournemouth, Everton, Tottenham, and West Ham, are also reportedly interested in Ferguson, who is currently recovering from an ankle injury.

This season, Ferguson has made 14 appearances for Brighton, scoring once, and has a total of 17 goals in 79 appearances for the Premier League club.
