According to Kicker, VfB Stuttgart is considering FC Barcelona as a potential source for a replacement for midfielder Enzo Millot, should he leave the club this summer.
Stuttgart has been preparing for Millot's possible departure, as the 22-year-old has a release clause of €18-20 million in his contract. He has also sparked speculation about his future through various interviews.
As reported by Kicker, Stuttgart is now targeting 18-year-old Barcelona talent Noah Darvich as a potential successor.
The German youth international joined Barcelona from Freiburg two years ago and has since played for the club’s reserve team, Barcelona Atlètic, in Spain’s third tier.
With limited first-team opportunities, Darvich is reportedly open to a transfer, especially with one year remaining on his contract with the La Liga club.
Stuttgart is among several clubs keeping an eye on his situation, with a transfer fee of approximately €3 million believed to be sufficient to secure his services.
