BVB's Winter Acquisition Ramaj Eager to Demonstrate Potential During Loan Period

Diant Ramaj, a winter signing for Borussia Dortmund, expressed his aspirations in a recent interview with Sport BILD. The young goalkeeper, who joined Dortmund from Ajax for €5 million, has been loaned to FC Copenhagen to gain match experience.

In his remarks, Ramaj acknowledged the significance of joining a prestigious club like Dortmund, stating, "First of all, Dortmund is a big club, so it’s not easy to say no [to such an opportunity]." He emphasized his intent to perform well in Copenhagen and believes that success will come as a result.

The 23-year-old also commented on the possibility of becoming the first-choice goalkeeper, currently held by Gregor Kobel. He noted, "That [to become the number one] would be a success. If you want to become successful, you have to do a lot of things right."

Kobel has been speculated to be linked with a transfer to Chelsea, but if he remains with Dortmund, Ramaj may find himself on loan again to continue his development.
