Germany's main sporting tabloid reports that RB Leipzig is targeting SC Freiburg central defender Max Rosenfelder in addition to Randal Kolo Muani for the upcoming January transfer window.
RB Leipzig is reportedly seeking upgrades as they face a challenging end to the calendar year. In addition to their interest in former Eintracht Frankfurt player Randal Kolo Muani, the club's administrative team, led by Marcel Schäfer, may pursue a deal for Rosenfelder.
The Freiburg-native has established himself as a regular starter for both SC Freiburg and the Germany U21 team this season. His market value has increased significantly, rising from €500,000 to €2.5 million in the past six months. However, it remains uncertain whether the 21-year-old can be lured away from his current club, especially since he extended his contract with SC Freiburg this past summer.
