Chelsea have made an initial offer to sign Aaron Anselmino, a highly-regarded 19-year-old center-back from Argentina who has attracted interest from Manchester United. Anselmino, who is considered one of the top young talents in his position in Argentina, has been the subject of attention from both clubs, but reports suggest that Chelsea are currently in a favorable position after making their bid. They have proposed a fee of around £14m for the talented player, although Boca Juniors are holding out for his £20m release clause. However, there is a possibility that Boca's stance could change if Chelsea or another club are open to allowing Anselmino to return to them for another season.
