The Danish champions have reportedly accepted a €22 million bid from FC Porto for Froholdt.
Copenhagen has confirmed that they are in negotiations with a Portuguese club regarding the player.
While Eintracht Frankfurt expressed significant interest earlier in the summer, they ultimately withdrew from the pursuit after declining to meet Copenhagen's valuation.
