Bayern Munich may be on the verge of signing Christopher Nkunku, a player they previously pursued from RB Leipzig.
According to the Spanish online portal TodoFichajes, Bayern's interest in Nkunku remains strong despite Chelsea acquiring him for €80 million in the summer of 2023.
Nkunku has struggled to establish himself at Stamford Bridge, with limited playing time under head coach Enzo Maresca, primarily participating in the UEFA Conference League this season.
As Chelsea appears to have little use for the 27-year-old, they are reportedly looking to offload him.
Bayern Munich is among several clubs monitoring Nkunku's situation, along with Manchester United.
