West Ham want to sign former Chelsea striker

West Ham United is reportedly interested in securing a loan deal for Roma striker Tammy Abraham. After recovering from a serious knee injury, the England international is currently not in contention for a starting role, with Artem Dovbyk being the preferred striker under manager Daniele De Rossi. This situation may prompt Abraham to seek a new challenge. West Ham is said to be considering a move for Abraham, despite having recently added Niclas Fullkrug to their frontline. The striker is available for around £19m, but West Ham may opt for a loan deal with a conditional obligation to buy. Roma is likely to consider such a proposal, especially as they are also looking to secure a new center-forward before the transfer window closes.
