Arsenal and Chelsea are interested in Viktor Gyokeres, who has not ruled out the possibility of moving before the transfer window closes next week. The Swedish international had an impressive season with Sporting, scoring 43 goals and providing 15 assists. He has continued his strong form in the current season with six goals and three assists in four games. Following a 5-0 win where he scored a hat-trick, Gyokeres mentioned that a late summer exit is a possibility, stating that the situation is uncertain and can change quickly during the transfer window. While both Arsenal and Chelsea are keen on signing him, negotiations with Sporting have not yet begun. Sporting is holding out for Gyokeres' €100m release clause but may consider a long-term payment plan. The club is also searching for a replacement in case Gyokeres departs before the deadline.
