Manchester United are willing to let go of Aaron Wan-Bissaka in order to bring in Bayern Munich's Noussair Mazraoui. Wan-Bissaka is in the final year of his contract with United, and the club has no intention of extending it. Despite Wan-Bissaka turning down West Ham United to pursue a move to Inter, United are hopeful of persuading him to reconsider. According to Florian Plettenberg, the club is working on a deal to transfer Wan-Bissaka to West Ham in order to secure the signing of Mazraoui. Mazraoui has already agreed to personal terms with United and is awaiting the completion of a transfer deal. United have initiated contact with Bayern, but they are unlikely to finalize a deal until Wan-Bissaka departs. Mazraoui previously played under manager Erik ten Hag at Ajax for four seasons, and a potential reunion at Old Trafford could be on the cards. Ten Hag believes that Mazraoui could help unlock the potential of Antony, with whom he played at Ajax for a couple of seasons.
