According to reports, manager Erik ten Hag of Manchester United has urged the club's leadership to secure the signing of Roma's Paulo Dybala during the upcoming transfer window. The Argentina international has been a target for United for quite some time, with initial links to the club dating back four years. Despite a previous attempt to bring him to the Red Devils from Juventus, the move fell through due to Dybala's lack of interest. Since then, Dybala has become a key player at Roma, where he has had an impressive season, scoring 16 goals and providing 10 assists. It seems that United may make a new offer for the 31-year-old, who has a foreign release clause of around €12m. Ten Hag has personally requested the club to pursue Dybala, who is capable of playing on the right wing, as a second striker, or in the number 10 position.
